We are seeking a Contracts Manager for a short fixed-term contract to take ownership of the end-to-end performance and oversight of essential site services across a complex, multi-site environment.

About the role:

  • Drive the delivery and performance of services

  • Conduct on-site quality checks and audits to ensure vendor work meets required standards.

  • Lead an internal maintenance team to ensure general site upkeep and service goals are met.

  • Manage the financial integrity of contracts, including budget forecasting and invoice verification.

  • Uphold safety standards by ensuring all external partners meet rigorous health and safety protocols.


Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will need a commercial background and a proactive approach to managing relationships.

  • Expertise in supervising external service providers and overseeing contract lifecycles.

  • Proficiency in health and safety legislation and managing contractor risk.

  • Capability in financial administration, specifically budget control and cost management.

  • Analytical mindset to interpret service data and implement improvements where needed.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal staff and external vendors.
